This project is designed to assist our research group by creating new methods for evaluation of tissue in terms of its 3D structure and function. Initial efforts are using confocal microscopy and imaging tools. The project requires extensive development of staining procedures and analytical tools for quantitiative evaluation of cellular material within tissues.
