From Chicago:
Take I65 south to the US 43 (EXIT 178). Turn right onto US 43 for about 5 miles. Watch your speed as the local constabularary have a penchant for nabbing speeding visitors on this stretch!!! Proceed through 5 sets of lights - you will cross over 26 (4th traffic light) and turn right up wood street. You will only go 2 blocks and turn right on Grant Street for one block and then trun left on Harrison street. Once on Harrison Street continue all the way past the Vet school on the left, and transportation services also on the left. Dont even think of going over 25 MPH on Harrison - it is the favorite BAR none place for Purdue Police to sweep down and nab speeding visitors!! Go through 2 stop signs and turn right at the third stop sign - this is in the middle of married student housing...and the street is called Gates Road (if it has a name at all). Try to find a park up that road somewhere. Good Luck! You need a YELLOW "A" parking sticker which we will give you when you get to the lab. From Indianapolis:
Take I65 north to the State Road 26 exit 172. Turn left onto 26 and follow 26 right through town (3 miles), cross the Wabash River and go up the hill. Go all the way down State street until you get to S. Intermural Drive (this will be about 5 blocks past Grant street). Turn Left here and go to the Police Station - Just past the Police station you can turn into their car park. There are some "A" YELLOW parking spots there...its quite safe!! Park there and come into the Bindley Building and find us in Rooms 122 or 133. Good Luck! You need a YELLOW "A" parking sticker which we will give you when you get to the lab.
