- 5. Rat 078 - Raw PIC (40) (zero time) Some examples of the images. Early means a few minutes after getting the animal onto the scope - it is usually 40 minutes after the rat has begin preparation. the 120 minute time is after the beginning of the surgury preparation so is about 80 minutes after the microsocpy has begin. About 550 images are collected over the experimental period for each rat.
