Please load the latest version based on version number. It will automatically install in the wondows directory:

c:/Program Files (x86)

When this directory is created, before you run MPLEX.exe you must copy the lic file into that same directory.

Here is your license file. It must be placed in the same directory you place the software. If the software is placed into a regular windows directory, if you do an automated update, it may change the directory and put it into USERS/applications - as windows 7  and 10 do not allow access to certain directories.
