1) Main accountabilities
Reporting directly to both the food and pharma franchise directors, your role is to
manage the team of scientist in Ivry and the associated R&D budget.
- Develop with your team new assays and instrumentation solutions in cytometry to meet our customer needs
- Champion the cytometry technology within bioMérieux and externally, to promote scientific collaborations and partnerships.
2) Competencies
A) Knowledge
- Master of science degree/ Phd in biology will be a plus
- Strong experience in rapid microbiology detection technologies.
- Successful experience in managing scientific teams
- Fluent in English

- With your excellent communication skills, leadership and strong entrepreneurial spirit, you know to manage successfully your team
