Senior/Principal Associate Scientist, Flow Cytometry

Principalresponsibilities:
· Support antibody discovery efforts using B-cell cloning and Compass proprietary antibody display technology by performing fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS) based selections
· Optimize antibody panels and sorting protocols to improve selection efficiency and output
· Perform daily instrument calibration, operation, and maintenance of cell sorters
· Work closely with scientists in the Antibody Discovery and Engineering group to contribute to therapeutic lead identification and optimization
· Curecancer.
PreferredQualifications:
· Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with flow cytometry and fluorescence activated cell sorting (FACS)
· Deep understanding of multiparameter FACS panel design
· Experience with protocol development and optimization of flow cytometry experiments
· Experience with BD FACSAria sorters beneficial
· Experience with B-cell sorting or antibody display technologies beneficial
· Ability to multitask, with strong communication skills and comfort in a fast-paced, multinational work environment
BasicQualifications:
· B.S./M.S. with 3+ years of relevant experience
