Omega Biosystems is looking for an energetic, highly skilled, and experienced flow cytometry engineer to work on a team in an instrument development role. Omega Biosystems is an early-stage, Los Angeles-based (currently located in Westwood) startup company, and we are seeking an engineer who has experience developing either electronic, fluidic, or optical systems for flow cytometers. Qualifications include: M.S. or Ph.D. in an engineering or related field (Bachelors degree will be considered if paired with extensive experience). >=3 years of relevant experience working in a technical engineering role in the flow cytometry industry. Working knowledge of some or all of the following software tools: Matlab, Labview, C, Solidworks, Zemax, Comsol.
