With the recent union of Partec, the company that pioneered fluorescence flow cytometry, and Sysmex, a global leader in hematology, there has never been a better time to join Partec.  And now, with exciting plans to dramatically expand Partec's flow cytometry business, especially in North America, Partec North America has open positions for field service engineers.  Please note that Partec North America employees will become employees of Sysmex America in 2014, as the unification becomes complete.

Partec North America is located in the US, in New Jersey, and sells, services and supports Partec products throughout the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
Due to Partec’s continued success in North America and the planned expansion, we currently have several positions open for Field Service Engineers for flow cytometry products. The descriptions of the positions and the required qualifications are found below.
 
Field Service Engineer

Description:  The primary responsibility of each FSE is to perform
instrument service for Partec's extensive line of flow cytometers.  Each FSE will travel approximately 50% of the time throughout the USA, Canada and the Caribbean and so a passport will be required.  
Location: North America Qualifications: The qualified candidate should have the following:
-          a minimum of 3 years of flow cytometry field service experience
-          strong verbal and written communication skills (in English)
-          extensive knowledge and experience in the theory and operation of flow cytometers
-          a willingness and freedom to travel throughout North America and the Caribbean
