Videos and materials presented at the Iberian Society for Cytometry meeting in May, 2019 in Salamanca

The software introduced in these videos was written at the Purdue Univeristy Cytometyr Labs. If you want to use these, some are easily donloaded (Cytospec for example) others requre us to send you a license. They are all free to use in non-commercial environments.

This shows how you can take the multiple files produced by the Accuri instrument, combine them and create a plate based analysis using PlateAnalyzewr

When you ahve FL1, FL2, etc names in your listmode files, this program can change the mames to proper names without altering the data structure!!

7. How to clean up data.mp4  (7.5 MB)

This shows an example of someone who collected more rubbish that sample and had millions of trash events - this program allows you to gate the good guys and trash the rest by creating an entirely new set of listmode files.

Shows how a 6 color flow assays with a dose response curve was performed on a BD flow cytometer and analyzer in PlateAnalyzer. It also shows how to create logic maps

2. Drug Screen Video.mp4

This shows how to use functional assays to study drug effects and do an almost automted analysis of 384 well plates with up to 32 drugs each with 10 point dose response curves.

When you accidently collect a lot of trash and you cant get rid if it - this program saves the day!!

4. Opening and debarcoding cytof data-1.mp4

From a single tube barcoded cytof dataset, this program extracts all the barcodes and saves the 96 well plate with all the parameters including the BC parameters if you want them

This shows how MPLEX our cytokine/hormone/beads analysis software works. Its fast and easy and intuitive as opposed to others!!
