Does any one have experience with autopsy material. I have a lab interested in doing FACS analysis on lymphocytes isolated from spleen and marrow post mortem specimens. They would like to sort individual B cells based upon surface expression of CD19 and other common lymphocyte antigens. I imagine one could if the autopsy were performed quick enough but what is quick enough?
