If you look at the flow karyotype from a bunch of different individuals you'll find some will have chomosomes normally in the 9-12 cluster that separate. I dont know whether they abnormal or just reflect normal variation. It will probably be just one homolog of one of the chromosomes but you should be able to separate it. Its pretty easy to make PHA stimulated whole blood preps to screen individuals then perhaps make EBV transformed lines of useful ones.
