Dear Flowers,

I am in the development of cytoplamic mu procedure.  I have observed that
for some AML patients their blast population is not only positive for MPO
but also has some positivity for cytoplamic mu.  Is that a non-specific
staining.  I also want to find out why people is not using Cytoplasmic mu
lately in acute leukemia cases. Thanks in advance.
