Quick Question for those who have done some human chromosome sorting...

Is it possible to separate human chromosome 9 from 10-12?  In looking at
papers with the normal Chromomycin A3 versus Hoechst bivariate histogram,
and it always shows a 9-12 cluster.  If anyone has discovered another
way(other dyes, reagents, etc...) to separate these, i'd love to know.
