Hi Martine, I posted a response regarding this antibody on April 5th stating in essence that we had been unable to detect any specific staining of human leucocytes in either cytokine-mobilised perpheral blood stem cell collections or normal marrow monuclear cell preparations. Subsequently, we tested a more concentrated form of the 5D3PE conjugate and a 5D3 biotinylated conjugate with similar lack of success. While I cannot rule out that we have not 'looked in the right place' for cells stained with this reagent, our data thus far are not encouraging. We are continuing our attempts to show that this reagent can detect SP cells, and if successful, I will share our results with you. Cheers, Rob Sutherland
