Ondrej,

1.  Do you run FACSComp to check your instrument functionality and set the
time delay?

2.  Regardless of number (1) above, CALL BD and have them come check your
instrument.  I have one of the "new" red diodes with the board and fan on it
and I have had to have it serviced 3 times since installation 8 months ago
for drifting out of alignment.  Not sure if you have this style of diode,
but if so, possibly a bad board on the diode or bad connection.
