Miltenyi magnetic beads and CD34+

Dear flow users:

I am currently evaluating using Miltenyi microbeads to isolate CD34 from
peripheral blood and checking the purity using flow.  Has anyone done this
type of study before. If so, where would the CD34+ cells be on the SSC and
FSC plot with or without the microbeads? What purity was obtained?
