Miltenyi beads are nanparticules which do not change SSC and FSC. You wil
found CD34 in tne" lymphocyte" gate. We performed CD34 purification from
normal blood for 7 years with the MACS system and obtained usually 80% to 90%
purity of the CD34 population (with two comumns).
