Re: UV laser for sorting SP cells

I regularly do SP sorting on mouse bone marrow cells and we use a Vantage 2
with a UV laser for the 33342 and a 488 for PE,PI, and FITC. The most
important things I have had to deal with are making sure the UV laser is
aligned to get the best signal strength and resolution for the SP as well as
having enough distance between the UV and 488 lasers so that FITC excitation
from the UV doesn't end up in the 488 excited FITC emission.
