Hi Everyone

Has anybody used the BD Cytokine Bead assay, which uses antibody-labelled fluorescent beads to detect cytokines?  I've seen a demo on a FACS Caliber and it looks pretty impressive, especially the Excel-based analysis software.

BD obviously have set up their system to work best on one of their machines and supply instructions for compensation, thresholds etc.  Has anyone tried the CBA system on a Coulter XL or another type of flow cytometer.  I can't see any reason why it wouldn't work but imagine you'd have to work out your own settings empirically.

Please advise!
