Greetings everyone, This is more genetics than flow, but here it goes: from my understanding CD25 binds to IL-2R on T cells and CD122 binds to IL-2R on NK cells. Are the molecules distinct genetically? Do both consist of the alpha, beta and gamma chains? Does one antibody interfere with the other? I mean, if I were to do staining with 25 and 122, is it better to do them in distinct tubes? also if anyone has any references type "review"(read- il-2r for dummies) would you please forward me them? regards, maciej\ __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
