Good day all. I would like suggestions for a source of sterile, endotoxin free
water or PBS. I have been making my own PBS, but my water source, a lab
filtration system that I'm not in charge of, isn't that great. I have gotten
contamination with algae and bacteria. I can filter and autoclave to sterilize
and remove particles, but I still have the endotoxin problem. Sorting of
lymphocytes for functional assays demands endotoxin free buffer. Anybody else
have this problem?
