Greetings All:

We are conducting a survey of PBL in transgenic mice. For the moment, we
are looking at population groups and would subdivide the groups only if
necessary. We using CD3e, CD45R/B220, and CD11b to examine T's,B's,
monos-grans.

Where our problem exists in in lysing the murine RBCs. We've been using
ammonium chloride but the results have been very inconsistient and I was
wondering if anyone has a "sure-fire" suggestion or recipe they'd be
willing to share?

Many thanks in advance,
David
