RE: How many CD4/CD8 molecules per cell?

Seems as I remember from my quantitative binding assay course that CD4's have
somewhere between 55,000 and 60,000 binding sites per cell. Depends on the
clone that you have, what epitope its directed against, the flurochrome you
label it with, etc. Check with the folks at the:

have begun a database on specific clones and how many sites they recognize.
