I am in the master's program at ASU and I am involved in immunity studies
in guinea pigs. I would like to use the flow cytometer to test for CD4
and CD8 markers on guinea pig T cells but I can not find a source of
monoclonal antibodies to guinea pig markers. I have called a few
suppliers but they usually refer me to another. Is it possible to do flow
cytometry with the guinea pig?
