Would anyone be willing to fax me a dna content histogram of wild-type S
cerevisiae in which the cell wall has been well digested, rna ase treated,
and stained?? Any comments on how the cells were treated prior to staining
and analysis conditions would be most appreciated.

Thanks, Marcia
