I am measuring PI and FITC . It is recommended that one sets the
discriminator on PMT5 peak when collecting peak signals. However, I do
not pick up PMT2 log signals when I do this. If I set the discriminator
on FS I get the PMT2 log signals that I expect. Also, is it correct
that I have discriminator set also on PMT5 Int?

Is there something wrong with the Elite (or me) or is there an
explanation for this? Could someone please help me?
