Hi, Mike
You ought to try lectin Pisum sativum agglutinin FITC-labelled (from Sigma)
or PE-labelled (from Biomeda Corp. I think..). It works with bull semen but
also with human sperm.
There are at least several references on this subject (for example: J.K.
Graham - Biology of Reproduction or Meike Uhler - Fertil.Steril.?), I can't
precisely recall it at the moment, sorry!, but if you want I'll find and
post a full version :) during next day - please let me know.

Have a nice week,
Michal
