I was just visited by a guy in our Fisheries and Wildlife Department who is interested in measuring glycogen in aquatic juvenile muscles. I told him that not only did I not know of Flow Cytometry being used to measure glycogen, I had never heard of anyone using it in aquatic muscles. Does anyone know of this being done? If you do I will forward all info on to him, if not I will forward that as well. Thanks and a Happy Holiday to all.
