Hi Tony,
These things are cheap, only a few dollars imported into Australia so
should be a few cents in USA.... :~)
Sorry I can't help you with a supplier over there, I'm sure someone
else can.

There was never any line connected to the other end, so if you ever
overflow the waste tank it just dribbles into the guts of the
instrument.... ;~!
I put a bit of tubing on there to drain any overflow into a suitable
container.
