bcl2 and p53 and Mg

I am trying to measure bcl2 and p53 on leukemic lines. Iwould like
to have some good protocol for fixation and permeabilization for this
kind of assay. I have to do a direct immunoassay (I have FITC
antibody against these two protein).
Someone has also some suggestion on what is the best dye to
measure cytosolic free Mg2+,  obviously by flow cytometry? I could
use an Coulter Elite with an argon ion laser or a BioRad with a UV
lamp.
