Yes. Before I left Stanford replaced the PMT with R3896 and the
filter with an HQ525/50 from Chroma. The PMT replacement was easy.
The filter replacement required prying off the old filter which was
glued in, and carefully gluing in the new one. I do not recall the
exact increase in sensitivity, but it was noticeable.
