Hi Elise, I am a little bit confused about your job offer. Be honest, do you really think you can hire or attract a qualified flow operator from the international community (were you posted it) for a term of 8 months??? I don't think so. 2 years contracts are at least necessary to interest people from abroad. As I know you have an AustralAsian flow society. Make your offers there. Our e-mail boxes are daily overfilled with mails which has to be worked out. That takes time. Sorry for my harsh words.
