Andrew: Try FCSPress, its not free but at $250 USD it's a bargain. It can do all the things you ask as well as software compensation, kinetics analysis, parameter ratioing,as well as other parameter calculations (including adding time as a parameter if you didn't collect it originally) and is very compatible with MS Office Products. You can download a demo copy at FCSPress.com and try it for 30 days. I quite like it myself. Regards, Joanne Joanne Lannigan, MS Director, Flow Cytometry Core Facility Jordan Hall, Room 7067 P.O.
