You could try FCS Press, althought not free it is priced very reasonably. You can try
it for free from www.fcspress.com.

 Hi,
I am currently using FloJo to analyse my FCM data (all captured on
CellQuest). However, it will expire soon, and I certainly can't affford to
purchase, good though it is. So what are my options? Is there anything like
WinMDI - ie good and free - for mac? I need to look at MFIs and draw
dotplots, copy and cut those into powerpoint, that sort of caper.

All I can think of at the moment is to buy virtual PC and run WinMDI on
that - it is expensive though, and I may not be able to afford it. Would i
be able to run it ok? I have an iBook (clamshell) with 160 MB RAM, (i know
i would have to free up 1 gig HD for it). Also for cutting a dotplot from
WinMDI into powerpoint - with this much ram, could I copy the FCM dotplot
when running WinMDI, then load up the mac version of powerpoint (which is
all i have) and paste into that? What are people's experience with running
WinMDI on a mac with Virtual PC?

Thanks! :)
