Dear Flowers:

this is really more of a regent question. We have been struggling to make
a monoclonal ab against B7.2(from cats) and after two failed attempts have
succeeded. However, we have just found out that the ab is an IgM.

I am seeking advice on the difficulty of directly conjugating an IgM and on
the best flurochromes to select.

As always, I am eternally grateful for all assistance.

thank you.
