Dear flow-ers,
Anyone have some information about detecting dendritic cells derived from 
peripheral blood mononuclear cells by flow ? Any info /direction would be helpful 
Is autofluorescence a problem?How you get round of it? I have an EPICS ELITE 
flow cytometer.The monoclonal antibobodies I am going to use are:CD80,CD86
CD83,CD1a,CD14,CD40,HLADR and CD64.
