We have published a convenient 4-color method that does not require the
lineage (-) antibodies, used by commercial detection kits. This has allowed

Dear flow-ers,
Anyone have some information about detecting dendritic cells derived from
peripheral blood mononuclear cells by flow ? Any info /direction would be
helpful
Is autofluorescence a problem? How you get round of it? I have an EPICS ELITE

flow cytometer. The monoclonal antibobodies I am going to use are:CD80,CD86
CD83,CD1a,CD14,CD40,HLADR and CD64.
