Calman,

Zymed in California (800-874-4494) has biotinylated (and possibly
fluorochrome conjugated) mouse monoclonal antibodies to human IgG4 that work
great on immunoblots. I have not used them in flow, but if I had a need,
this would be my first choice.

Subject: Abs to human IgG4- which?

Dear flowees-
I am trying something new, an immunoassay that requires an Ab to human IgG4.
Since I usually use mouse Abs (and anti-mouse Ig secondaries) I am totally
ignorant of who supplies the best antibodies to human IgG. My favorite
source for goat anti-mouse polyclonals (SBA) does not carry goat anti-human
IgG4.
Questions:
1. Does anyone know of a great high signal-to-noise mAb or pAb to human IgG4
conjugated with biotin? to a phycobiliprotein?
2. PharMingen has 2 mAb clones, each of which recognizes a different
epitope. I could use them both and increase my S/N. Any experience with
these?
Thanks,
Calman
