Hi Ruth, these suggestions depend on how enriched your cell population is, but you
could use anti-CD11b or anti-CD16. CD11b is also expressed on monocytes, but only a
small population of circulating monocytes express Fc gamma RIII (CD16). I know you
can get anti-CD11b in RPE format because I have used some from Serotec in the past,
and gated on a region positive for granulocytes in an enriched suspension. Pretty sure
the same would work for 3G8 clone of anti-CD16.
