I know that there has been some recent discussion on this group about detecting RFP by flow cytometry and I am curious if anyone out there has a protocol that works for visualizing DsRed1-1 expressed in white blood cells directly by flow. Alternativley, if anyone has a protocol using the Clontech DsRed antibody and a flourescent secondary (anti-rabbit) to see RFP-expressing cells on flow, I would also be very grateful to hear the details.
