Out of interest - what "anti-neutrophil" antibody are you using?  I find
CD16 OK for freshly isolated neutrophils - but not so good if the blood is a
little older (a few hours to overnight).  I don't know of any marker that is
neutrophil-specific, not shared by monocytes (whereas monocytes have CD14
not found on neutrophils).  I'm just looking for something practical to
follow neutrophil maturation in vitro from CD34+ cells cultured with various
cytokine cocktails - and would appreciate any advice.
