Does anyone have a working LPA procedure by FLOW using CFSE? I've tried staining
human PBMCs and tested the range from 0.25 to 2.5 uM (final concentration). I'm having
difficulty compensating as it crosses onto FL2 and FL3.

Your help would be greatly appreciated.
