Positive control for intracellular IL-10 in lymphocytes

I am looking for a good positive control for IL-10 production by human
peripheral blood lymphocytes, measured by FACS analysis of cell-specific
cytokine production. We stimulate whole blood for 6 -18 hours; SEB and PMA/I
induce good IL-2 and IFN-g, but not IL-10. I know we can use LPS to induce
IL-10 production in monocytes, but I would prefer a positive control that is
lymphocyte-specific. Any ideas??
Thanks!
