We're having similar problems.
If you do get some helpful information, I would be most
grateful if you could pass it on to me.
I have heard that the superantigen Staph enterotoxin B
(SEB) is a good alternative positive control.
Co-stimulation with anti-CD28 antibody increasesthe number
of responding T cells.
