I have bad and good news for you;

 first the bad-
If phil cant help you over the phone, I dont think anyone can.

now the good news-
you can be there in about 2 hours from your door and he can help you at
Evergreen-if you get there at opening he will try to fix it while you wait
or tell you asap that it will take longer and you will need to make another
trip.

 It is a lovely ride. Stop in at the Travelers Restaurant on the way home-
last exit [?#74] in CT on 84 before the mass line. Good home cooked food
and a free book..I think 2 books on Wednesdays!
