Hi
I am A.kiani  in M.S Field at Medical Faculty of
Esfahan University  study on Apoptosis and also
Fas.Ligand ,  Bcl-2  moleculs  using of  Flowcytometry
 in   Prephera  Blood                    mononuclear
cells (PBMCS) in patient affected with M.S . (throgh
the  TUNEL Methodand for  uplined molecules with Anti
Fas.Ligand mAb ,  Anti BCL-2, and FITC Anti Mouse IgG
(Becton Dickinson .CO.)
My suggested questions:
-please tell me the calibration and optimization of
Flowcytometry  through this
research.
