Hello Lynn, I am a user of the Beckman Coulter XL 4 colour with the new Windows software and it is a child's play. It is also fully open, so you are not tied up with a particular reagent from a single manufacturer. The most important factor that should influence your choice is : LOCAL TECHNICAL SUPPORT & SERVICE. You should have it without having to wait or shout at any company rep!
