Hello, During last two years we have been doing flow on fine needle aspirates from lymph nodes. There may be a significant population of CD10 positive B cells in cases of reactive follicular hyperplasia. However, these CD10+ B cells are negative for bcl-2 - the intracellular staining works nicely with DAKO Intrastain.
