Dears

The most recently evidence is tetramer staining during viral infections.
The frequency is below 1% of whole lymphocytes. Some conditions are
necessary : the number of events analysed will be high (50000-500000)
and the positive staining will be quite different from negative
staining. In our laboratory we can go to detect 0.07% positive cells.
You can found several publications with the keywords tetramer and HIV.
