Dear flowers, One of our pathologists complained about our CD10 flow results of lymph node biopsies and fine needle aspirates, because they don't match with immuohistochemical staining which shows positivity of lymph nodes germinal center cells and follicular lymphoma while the flow shows negativity or very dim stain although this antibody works well in B-cell acut lymphoid leikaemia. Currently we use DAKO (clone: SS2/36) for flow and Novocastra CD10 (clone: 56C6) for immunohistochemistry. I think the different clones may give different staining. Novocastra does not produce fluorescent labelled CD10 for flow and I have to look for other sources to try different CD10 clones wich give comparable result with the immunohistochemistry in the case of lymph nodes. Has anybody experience on this ? Thanks, Pal Jakso University of Pecs Faculty of Medicine Dept. of Pathology 7643, Hungary 12. Szigeti str.
